Granola Topping

Granola Topping
A Granola topping that is great on about anything you can think of. Use it on Yogurt, fruit, ice cream, porridge, etc
Serves: approx. ¾ Cup
  • 6 Tablespoons oats
  • 4 Tablespoons pecans, chopped,)
  • 3 Tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  1. In a non-stick fry pan toast, the oats and pecans in the butter or coconut oil until slightly brown and smells toasted. Add the raisins, Cinnamon, a pinch of salt and brown sugar continuing cooking until the brown sugar melts. Remove from the heat.
